As we reflect on 2024, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to you for your invaluable contributions to the club. It is your dedication, passion, and involvement that keep our club vibrant and exciting for all members.
A special thank you to the Coordinators of our Special Interest Groups. Your tireless efforts in organising and leading these activities have made them such a success. We also want to recognise the many members who have volunteered their time and energy to support the club. Your commitment truly makes a difference.
This year, we’ve had the privilege of hosting several fantastic exhibitions, and we’re eager to continue this trend into 2025. We encourage you to keep supporting these events in any way you can – whether by submitting ideas or images, assisting with event planning and supervision, or helping to spread the word so that more people can enjoy and appreciate the exhibitions.
The Program Committee has lined up an exciting array of speakers for the year ahead. Be sure to check the What’s On page on our website regularly so you don’t miss out on any of these fantastic talks. Likewise, the Competition Committee encourages you to participate in the monthly Print and PDI competition or image critique. There is so much to be learned from the judges critiques and by viewing others’ images.
As this will be the last Weekly News of 2024, the Board and I would like to extend our warmest wishes to all our members, their families, and friends for a joyful and peaceful Christmas. May 2025 bring you good health, happiness, and continued success.
