This week is a busy second to last week of the MCC calendar – see What’s On section for details about: Monday’s Portrait Group Outdoor Shoot, Tuesday’s Mid-Week Group and Friday night’s Lighting and Photowalk Group outing.
Many thanks to this year’s EOY judges who have now completed judging all the Print and PDI images, results will be announced at the EOY Awards next Thursday 12 December. As previously advised, the judges were: Dani Watson, Kristian Häggblom and Belle Tweedale – pictured above.
Please join us in the Clubrooms (no Zoom) for this Thursday’s event – the Opening of the Year of Year Exhibition (prints) and the slideshow of all images entered in the End of Year PDI Competition. The images have already been judged, there will be no critique/comments during the presentation. After the slideshow please view the exhibition and join us for the usual supper as well as legendary tiramisu dessert made by Robin Tully.
This weekend the EOY Exhibition is open to the public, please bring along your friends and family to check it out: Saturday 7th / Sunday 8 Dec, 11am-3pm.

The End of Year Awards and Social will be held next week on Thursday 12 December, starting at 8pm.
- Award presentations will be followed by our End of Year Social event.
- There will be no Zoom for this event.
- The Social is a self-catering event, so we ask you to please bring a plate of nibbles to share, and/or drinks.
- So come along, bring your partner, family and friends, and help celebrate our club and another great year of photography fun!
