Spring is the best time to visit the Botanical Gardens (South Yarra). Trees are budding, and many flowers are already out. 

Very good for macro-photography. 

We will meet at 10.30am in the Observatory Café in the building with the Information Centre, just off Birdwood Avenue opposite the Shrine. 

I will give everybody a detailed map of the  Gardens, and we can then set-off and photograph whatever strikes our fancy. 

Lunch will be at the Terrace Café.  You are all most welcome to join us.
