Join us for Thursday’s guest speaker event on Zoom only: Kris Anderson, Brisbane-based photographic artist, who will be speaking to us about his illustrative composites and storytelling, and techniques for refining and finetuning his images, including a deep dive into some examples.

Kris Anderson fuses experimental and unusual photographic techniques with digital manipulation. He leverages decades of performance work and commercial Performing Arts photography, crafting images rich with narrative and emotion. Kris employs techniques across the spectrum from order to chaos. His carefully planned and executed narrative pieces are created to resonate and engage, highlighting shared experiences. Conversely, his experimental work celebrates entropy, ensuring outcomes are influenced by artist, subject and serendipity.
