June CPSIG Meeting

Place: MCC Clubrooms

Please bring along a Moodboard to share and discuss.  If it is a digital one, you can email it to us prior to the meeting, or upload it to the WiP folder using the link provided at our meetings (members only).

Your Moodboard can be the one you have worked on for the end-of-year Conceptual Photography Exhibition, or any other Moodboard you have.  Even a rough draft will be fine.

• Question:  What is the difference between a Moodboard and an Artist Statement?
• Answer:  A Moodboard provides inspiration for what you WILL do.  An Artist Statement gives information about what you HAVE done.

Following the Moodboard discussion, we will have a workshop on Artist Statements.  Bring a notepad and pen, or a laptop, and we will produce draft Artist Statements for the end-of-year Conceptual Photography Exhibition!
