Child Safe Policy
The changing legal requirements on child safe environments, stemming out of the various enquiries into child abuse, means that a club such as ours has to develop and implement local policies and procedures if we are to continue having, for example, courses for school children.
The Melbourne Camera Club now has an interim child safe policy that is designed to provide a compliant child safe environment. The following documents are the components of the policy and procedures that have been implemented.
