It is with deep sadness that we advise that Bryce Dunkley passed away on 9 December 2021 after a long battle with cancer.
Bryce joined MCC in 2019 and was well known to many members of the Club – particularly the Photowalk group, new members, competitions and a regular exhibition supporter and visitor.
Prior to retiring in 2018, Bryce had been a photography teacher at RMIT since 1994, alongside a well-established photography business specialising in wedding, portrait and commercial photography. Bryce was a self-published author and landscape/travel photographer, and treated MCC members to a talk on his tips and tricks of publishing books (refer Zoom video 2 July 2020). He also judged several MCC PDI competitions with his good friend and fellow RMIT teacher Deborah Dorman.
