Australian Wildlife Displays Workshop

We had more than a full complement of participants at our Australian Wildlife Displays workshop on Saturday 8 June. Everyone enjoyed the afternoon with some very good feedback.

While some of the models were obviously underpaid, the Darwin Carpet Python (albino) was a real stunner and one of several models who were very cooperative. Attached for your reference is a list of the animals that were on display.
  • Black-headed Python
  • Centralian Blue Tongue
  • Darwin Carpet Python (albino)
  • Eastern Long-necked Turtle
  • Central Rough Knob-tailed Gecko
  • Green-and-Golden Bell Frog
  • Red-tailed Black Cockatoo
  • Shingleback
  • Saltwater Crocodile
  • Squirrel Glider

A huge thank you to Robin Tully for organising this event and to Jess Holmes and Alison Crea for assisting with props and set up.
