SUMMARY:Mid Week Outing - Zoom
DESCRIPTION:Mid-Week Outings are ZOOMING again. \nWe know that everyone wants to get out & about and take more photos – but as we can’t\, zoom meetings are proving to be a good way to stay in touch and enjoy each other’s company. \nThe 3rd Tuesday of the month is normally Camberwell Camera Club’s turn\, and Joe Hajdu will be there with some images from a time he stayed at the Park Royal Hotel which is unique for its ecologically friendly planning & ambience. \nOther presenters will be Anne Shellard with some doggie humor\, John Mallett with some images from his travel adventures in Africa\, and Marg Huxtable bringing us a bit closer to home with some images from the City of Port Phillip. \n(And as zoom meetings look like being with us for a little while I would love to hear from other group members who have some images they would like to share). \nThere will\, of course\, be plenty of time for a coffee & to share your latest news and enjoy each other’s company. \nThe meeting will start at 10.30am on Tuesday 21st Sept. \nSee mailout for Zoom deails \nJim W. \n  \nClick Scheduled and future Mid-Week Outing details

SUMMARY:Mid-Week Outing
DESCRIPTION:Mid-Weekers are Zooming again. \nThe Melbourne Camera Club Mid-Week Outing\, at 10.30a.m. on Tuesday 5th October will be a Zoom Meeting. \nWe had planned a visit to a fire brigade. This had been arranged by Colin Booth. Colin is a Melbourne Camera Club board member\, and also has a distinguished record with the Country Fire Authority\, being a Life Member of that organization as well as holding a number of other awards. Hopefully we will be able to make the visit next year\, once the fire season has passed. \nSo there will be plenty of time for a coffee and a catch up with members and friends\, along with a further 4 relaxed yet informative presentations from our own group members. \nColin will be showing some images and talking about some of his experiences with the Country Fire Authority. \nSue Rocco will be taking us on some of her past travels\, and Michael Brown will also take us on a travel experience as he heads towards Cape York. \nAnd for a bit a balance\, Jim O’Donnell will continue to show us how he changes backgrounds for his images using Photoshop. \nEach presentation will be around the 10 minutes mark. \nLooking forward to see you. \nClick Scheduled and future Mid-Week Outing details
