DESCRIPTION:This seems to be the season of photographic exhibitions!  This one is particularly spectacular and exciting. \n\nIt is called ‘Civilization – The Way we Live now’.  \n\nIt is mounted and curated by the international Foundation for the Exhibition of Photography\, an organization based in New York\, Paris and Seoul. The NGV is a member. \n\nThe exhibition includes over 100 images that show the complexity of life in today’s urbanized world. I have the catalogue\, and there are many stunning images in it.  \n\nIt is at the NGV Federation Square. DESCRIPTION:Food Styling and Photography Workshop – Saturday 16 November 2019\, 12noon – 2pm\n\n\n\n\nFood styling and photography hands on workshop is made up of two components: 45 mins of instruction and 45 mins of practical. \nAttendees will learn the art of constructing a dish ready to be photographed from empty table to completed shoot. Karl Ludik will cover lighting\, plating (dress) the food and the tips and tricks of making ordinary food look exceptional to photographing the food itself.
