SUMMARY:Photowalk Community – Melbourne Royal Botanic Gardens
DESCRIPTION:For our October photowalk we will be heading the Melbourne Royal Botanic Gardens to see the spring blooms and to enjoy all the gardens has to offer.  \nThe gardens are home to more than 8\,500 plant species from around the world are presented in a kaleidoscope of colour and texture. Sweeping lawns\, tranquil lakes and majestic trees are home to an amazing range of wildlife. \nCasual drinks/dinner will follow at a pub nearby to the gardens. \nAll visitors\, friends and members of the Melbourne Camera Club are welcome. \nDate: Sunday 9 October \nTime: 2.30pm for 2.45pm start \nMeeting Location: Outside Jardin Tan Café\, near Melbourne Observatory\, Birdwood Avenue\, Melbourne \nBus: Route 605 (Melbourne Observatory/Birdwood Avenue) \nTram: Routes 3/3a\, 5\, 6\, 16\, 64\, 67 and 72 (Stop 19 Shrine of Remembrance/St Kilda Rd) \nParking: Street metered car parking for up to four hours is generally easy to find close to entry gates.  \nDuration: 3.5 hours\, plus dinner \nAny queries\, please contact the Coordinators: photowalks@melbournecameraclub.org.au \n  \n
