- You can enter the VAPS Competition under ONE club only.
- Images that were previously submitted to VAPS are NOT eligible (whether awarded or not).
- The same image or like images cannot be entered into both Print and PDI sections.
- You can submit up to 5 images in PDI . The Competition Committee will choose images to be entered in the VAPS Competition (Print entries have already been submitted to the Comp Cttee).
- Images must be in JPG format. Colour space must be sRGB.
- Maximum image dimensions are 1920 x 1080 pixels. Maximum file size is 5 MB.
- Titles must be no longer than 30 characters (only letters from the English alphabet, numbers and spaces).
